The Hearts and Minds safety programme was developed by Shell Exploration & Production in 2002, based on research with leading universities since 1986, and is being successfully applied around the world. A range of tools and techniques is presented to help the organisation involve all staff in managing Health, Safety and Environment as an integral part of their business.

Tripod Solutions offers very interactive training sessions for each specific tool or a set of tools. This state of the art Toolkit is also available to those outside the Shell Group, thanks to a publishing agreement between the Energy Institute and Shell.
