Over the last years that Tripod Solutions has been training Tripod Beta Practitioners, coaching has proven to be an additional factor in producing successful Practitioners. After a person completes the Tripod Beta Practitioner course, he has indeed learned a lot. Yet, questions may still arise, since it requires considerable experience to become an efficient and thorough investigator.
This learning period could turn out to be costly to your company; costly both in time spent on the investigation and costly in terms of missed hazards. Thus, industry has found that it is very worthwhile if new graduates learn from and get coached by experienced and skilled experts; this is the “coaching” component of the Practitioner course. The training course instructors and experts make excellent coaches. They can demonstrate how to consequently locate hazards and barriers.
